At the Y, we offer swim lessons (for all ages and abilities), family swim, competitive swimming and adaptive swim programs for kids with special needs, so we can all safely enjoy the pleasures of an aquatic environment. Swim lessons not only keep kids safe in the water, they can also be the first step in learning to lifeguard, being part of a swim team and exercising through lap swimming. Our experienced Y instructors emphasize personal safety, swimming skills, endurance and social skills, while guiding students with praise and encouragement.
HOA pools are for residents of those communities but they all allow for guests if you are going with friends of the community.
